Your Clubroom House Account brings together the privileges and experiences reserved for members.
Your Clubroom House Account
Members maintain a House Account for Clubroom hospitality and eligible member charges. Activity is consolidated into a monthly statement and billed to the card maintained on file.
Preferred Member Pricing
Founding House Members receive 10% preferred pricing on eligible purchases at Clubroom and League of Rebels.
Saturday House Hours
Every Saturday from 1pm–5pm, members may enjoy complimentary selected House cocktails with up to three accompanying guests. The member must be present; offerings are selected by Clubroom and remain subject to responsible service.
The Member's Gathering
Once per membership year, each member may host one two-hour Clubroom cocktail reception (open bar) for up to 50 of their guests. The core inclusion is intended to cover selected House cocktails, standard service and staffing.
Food, premium beverages, additional time, entertainment, specialty rentals and other enhancements are available separately. Scheduling is subject to availability, blackout dates and final membership terms.
Private Events & Reservations
Members receive priority consideration for reservations and preferred member pricing on eligible private events and space buyouts.

Founding House Membership opens the door to a considered calendar of gatherings, ticketed events and limited-capacity experiences.
House Member Gatherings
Throughout the year, Clubroom will host gatherings reserved exclusively for House Members—from cocktail and coffee tastings to tailoring previews, live music, cigar rolling, visiting makers and seasonal evenings.
Advance Access
Members receive advance notice and priority access for selected public events, special programming and limited-capacity experiences.

Founding Status
The first 50 members receive a metal Founding House Member card and a corresponding place in the Founding Members Register.
Members-only Merchandise
Each active member receives a complimentary Clubroom member piece, created exclusively for the membership and never offered for general retail sale.
Nomination Privilege
Existing House Members may nominate prospective members for consideration. Nomination does not guarantee admission; membership remains by invitation and at Clubroom discretion.
Founding membership is limited to the first 50 accepted members.

This prospectus describes the intended Founding House Membership experience. Final benefits will be governed by Clubroom's written membership terms, reservation policies, event availability and applicable law.
Annual dues: $2,500
Founding status is intended to continue while membership remains uninterrupted. Membership is personal, non-transferable and offered by invitation.
House Account charges, guest charges and purchases not expressly included remain the member's responsibility.
Complimentary alcohol benefits are subject to responsible service, Clubroom's operating permit and applicable Texas law.
The annual hosted Happy-hour is subject to availability, blackout dates and the final included-service specification.
Ticketed-event access applies to Clubroom-produced events unless otherwise stated and remains subject to capacity.
Clubroom may establish reasonable conduct, guest, reservation and revocation policies to protect the House and its members.
