Luis brings years of hands-on experience, an intuitive palate, and a quiet reverence for the ritual of coffee service. His approach is thoughtful rather than theatrical—focused on sourcing, precision, and consistency. Every brew is intentional. Every cup, personal.
Much like a tailor reading posture or stance, Luis reads the coffee: adjusting grind, temperature, and extraction to let each origin speak clearly. The result is a program that feels less like a café and more like a private bar—measured, unhurried, and deeply considered.

Our house coffee is La Cabra, roasted in Bushwick, New York—a name revered globally for its uncompromising standards and Nordic-inspired roasting philosophy.
La Cabra works closely with producers around the world, sourcing coffees that are expressive, transparent, and remarkably clean. Their roasting style prioritizes clarity and balance, allowing the natural character of each bean to shine without excess.
We’re proud to serve La Cabra as our primary offering—and even prouder to be the exclusive coffee shop in Austin serving La Cabra. It’s a distinction that mirrors our own ethos: quietly rare, globally minded, and uncompromising in quality.

For those who prefer a more exploratory experience, our pour-over program features Flower Child Coffee, roasted in California.
