SALES ADVISOR

As a Sales Advisor, you are both a brand ambassador and a trusted style consultant. You will guide clients through a personalized journey—from initial introduction to final fitting—ensuring every detail reflects the League of Rebels standard.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that true luxury lies in nuance, service, and storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a highly personalized, relationship-driven client experience
  • Act as a style authority, advising clients on fit, fabric, and wardrobe building
  • Drive sales through genuine connection, product knowledge, and confidence
  • Support custom suiting and shirting appointments alongside senior team members
  • Maintain a deep understanding of fabrics, craftsmanship, and seasonal offerings
  • Cultivate and manage a personal client book, ensuring consistent follow-up and retention
  • Assist with merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining brand standards
  • Support in-store events, private appointments, and brand activations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, menswear, or hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A natural ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
  • An eye for style, fit, and detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and events as needed
