Part-Time Sales Associate

We are seeking passionate & experienced sales assistant manager to take helm of the League of Rebels showroom downtown Austin.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Set and achieve showroom sales goals
  • Operate as Bespoke client manager, liaising with high level clients
  • Oversee client fitting and coordinate turnaround, scheduling, and necessary logistics
  • Manage current and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
  • Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
  • Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, and light cleaning

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have menswear retail management background
  • Must have custom tailoring experience
  • Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers create sales opportunities
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about men's tailored fashion
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking an extremely personable & professional Style Advisor to join League of Rebels. Our ideal candidate is someone who makes connections, builds relationships, and pursues opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Successfully participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop your expertise and skillset aligning with brand expectations
  • Enthusiastically present and educate customers around fit, construction, and style of the Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
  • Practicing professional salesmanship according to company policies and procedures to achieve personal and store sales and metrics
  • Building relationships to increase client’s loyalty by utilizing Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
  • Ensure all store standards and operations are to company standards
  • Performing other duties assigned by store leadership team

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
  • Genuine interest in fashion and styling
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Performs successfully in a team-based culture
  • Flexible work schedule
