RETAIL SALES MANAGER
We are seeking passionate & experienced sales assistant manager to take helm of the League of Rebels showroom downtown Austin.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Set and achieve showroom sales goals
- Operate as Bespoke client manager, liaising with high level clients
- Oversee client fitting and coordinate turnaround, scheduling, and necessary logistics
- Manage current and build lasting relationships with customers
- Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
- Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, and light cleaning
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have menswear retail management background
- Must have custom tailoring experience
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers create sales opportunities
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about men's tailored fashion
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
